Jari has 30 years of experience as an entrepreneur and as a CEO in the SME industry. For several years, he has also helped companies by finding them executives for various positions. Kari has decades of experience as an entrepreneur, CEO and team supervisor in international sales tasks in a range of industries. He has also acted as a headhunter for several years, helping companies to find talent for a variety of key positions.

He has successfully headhunted C-level executives, as well as directors and specialists in a wide range of business sectors. Kari brings a client’s perspective to headhunting, as he is familiar with their challenges and opportunities. Kari serves customers in Finnish, English, and German. Katja Luomaranta // Headhunter // Outplacement Advisor

Katja has worked in supervisor roles and management consulting for more than 20 years. Over this time she has both recruited and acted as support in specialist, director, and management-level recruitement. She has also acted as a career coach by supporting organisations through the change implementation process.

She has a master’s degree in economics. She has a wealth of experience in a range of business sectors, which means she has an excellent ability to understand and highlight significant points when specifiying a candidate profile. This guarantees the overall success of the recruitment process. Her strengths include acting as a partner in cooperation to both clients and candidates.

This ensures an excellent customer and candidate experience. At Patrio, Katja is responsible for her clients’ headhunting projects and for all of Patrio’s Outplacement services. Katja serves customers in Finnish, Swedish, and English in whole Finland. Katja has office in Vaasa.

Wiki Wikström // Executive Headhunter

Wiki has worked in trade, office, sales and held HR positions for 30 years in charge of competence management in national and international companies. Competence mapping and development has been strongly involved in building talents' competence, ability and career paths. After her HR career, she has been an entrepreneur for more than 6 years, during which she has helped companies and organizations in different fields to find the most competent and motivated people for different organizations. Wiki is strongly networked both professionally and as an active member of networks. Regardless of the field of business, she can help you in change situations with good results and a prompt schedule. Wiki's languages are Finnish and English. She has office in Turku and serves customers in whole Finland.

Heikki Matias Luoma // Executive Advisor // Headhunter

Heikki has a broad and deep experience in business. He has worked as a CEO, project director, in sales and marketing leadership roles in Finland and internationally in large and start-up companies. Heikki has long experience as an executive coach, consultant and as an interim manager, where his area of expertise is the implementation of corporate strategy in sales operations. He has an in-depth understanding of how to remove bottlenecks in sales operations. Heikki is a certified DiSC coach and holds a degree in engineering and an MBA. He is fluent in Finnish and English. Heikki works throughout Finland and is based in Helsinki.
