Katja Luomaranta // Headhunter, Outplacement Advisor
Katja has worked in supervisor roles and management consulting for more than 20 years. Over this time she has both recruited and acted as support in specialist, director, and management-level recruitement. She has also acted as a career coach by supporting organisations through the change implementation process.
She has a master’s degree in economics. She has a wealth of experience in a range of business sectors, which means she has an excellent ability to understand and highlight significant points when specifiying a candidate profile. This guarantees the overall success of the recruitment process. Her strengths include acting as a partner in cooperation to both clients and candidates.
This ensures an excellent customer and candidate experience. At Patrio, Katja is responsible for her clients’ headhunting projects and for all of Patrio’s Outplacement services. Katja serves customers in Finnish, Swedish, and English.
