Heikki has long experience as an executive coach, consultant and as an interim manager, where his area of expertise is the implementation of corporate strategy in sales operations. He has an in-depth understanding of how to remove bottlenecks in sales operations. Heikki is a certified DiSC coach and holds a degree in engineering and an MBA. He is fluent in Finnish and English.
