Our client is a international company with strong proprietary products and brand. We are currently looking for a
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
to take responsibility for the group’s financial management and development. In this role, you will oversee the finance team and controllers of international subsidiaries and head quarter in Sweden. The operations are international, with the majority of exports targeting markets in EU and outside of the EU. The position reports to the CEO. Your location will be in South Ostrobothnia. In that position you have possibility for hybrid working.
We expect you to have:
- Suitable education for the position (e.g., MSc in Economics)
- Strong senior-level experience and evidence of successful leadership in accounting and finance
- Experience in financial planning and modeling
- Experience in developing financial management methods and processes
- Experience in financial management of international subsidiaries
- Demonstrated success in contract and financial negotiations
- Convincing presentation and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of ERP is an advantage
- Willingness to travel (20-30 days abroad per year + domestic travel days)
- Fluent language skills in both Finnish and English, Swedish will be benefit
