We Are Looking for a Key Person

SALES MANAGER

We are currently searching for a key individual to join our team in the role of Sales Manager to take overall responsibility for project sales.

 

    • You will play a central role in driving growth, building customer relationship and identifying new business opportunities.

    • You will lead sales projects to ensure that the set goals (customer objectives, customer value of the solution, schedule, resources and costs) are achieved.

The work requires a good understanding of the customer base and the industry. You are able to work effectively within the organization and have a solid understanding of the company’s finances and cost structures. You will actively participate and have influence as a member of the management team.

Initially, the position requires presence (2-3 days a week) at the Kauhajoki or Seinäjoki offices; later, flexible remote work is possible when the tasks allow. The estimated number of travel days is approximately 50–70 per year. You will report to GM Mika Ollikainen.

Task:

 

    • Overall responsibility for project sales at Core Link Oy

    • Development of sales processes and tools

    • Development of customized customer solutions in collaboration with the rest of the organization

    • Preparation of technical and commercial documentation

    • Leading sales teams in a matrix organization

    • Developing and maintaining strong customer relationships

    • Responsibility for sales forecasting

    • Ensuring delivery reliability, efficiency, and quality of operations

    • Representing Core Link Oy in the group’s sales team

You have:

 

    • Experience in B2B sales with a proven track record in project business

    • Experience with process industry technologies or material handling solutions

    • Experience in bid preparation, application engineering, and pricing

    • Proven success in B2B sales within manufacturing, in roles such as sales engineer, manager, or similar project business positions

    • Strong interpersonal skills and technical mindset

    • Relevant higher education degree (B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Engineering)

    • Good written and spoken Finnish and English; Swedish, Spanish, or Portuguese is considered an advantage
